I’m a Scientist – you’ve decided to let DAPHNE go

We’ve counted, checked and rechecked the votes since yesterday and now it’s game over for… DAPHNE This leaves just KATHERINE and DARREN to fight it out for the £500 prize tomorrow. What would they both do with the money, you ask? Katherine says “I would use it to develop the stuff for a chemistry kit that could be taken into schools near Keele” and Darren says “Create an educational resource for high schools, based on analysing videos of real behavioural experiments, just like we do in the lab”. I’m a Scientist – 1st out is Cathal

It’s been a fantastic event so far and the scientists have worked hard, answering thousands of questions between them. But on Friday there can only be one winner in each zone, so some of them have to go. We are sorry to have to do this to you, but the first scientist to be evicted is… CATHAL Thanks so much for all you’ve done. We hope you’ve enjoyed taking part. On Tuesday the scientist with the fewest votes will be evicted from the Germanium Zone. YOU decide who goes… Will it be: ‘confused, organised, sleepy’ Katherine ‘passionate, inquisitive, friendly’ Jon ‘fortunate, talkative, determined’ Darren ‘stubborn, hard-working, enthusiastic’ Daphne ‘loud, fun, brainy’ Cathal After Tuesday’s eviction, you get a new vote to save your favourite scientist in the evictions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.   Next Friday the surviving scientist will be declared the Germanium Zone winner and win the £500 prize!
