It’s because your heart is pumping the blood around the body. When your stood upright the blood flows around your body in the way it was meant to. The feet are designed to be at the bottom of yourself and the head at the top. That’s why if you stand on your head the blood is rushing around a tight space with loads of blood vessels and the pressure of the increased gravity will make your head throb whereas your feet are designed to withstand the pressure of gravity so don’t throb.
