Light can’t escape from black holes but light is absorbed by black holes so yes there is probably light in a black hole but unless someone survived the trip in, we’d never be able to measure it.

The measurement of light around a black hole is one of the ways people find out if they’re there but as Katherine said to find out if there is any inside is not possible. However Stephen Hawking did find out that black holes do emit a small amount of thermal radiation – so it shows some things escape black holes.
