• Question: Do you repeat your test to check your results?

      Yes it is very important in science to repeat experiments to check the results so that you don’t come to the wrong conclusions. In fact, I repeat my experiments at least 3 times before I am sure of the results.

      Yes as much as possible. We usually end up repeating experiments to make materials because we need more to do all the tests. Any experiments where we make a measurement have to be repeated to make sure that no errors have been made (by us or by the instrument).
      Students complain a lot at having to do tests again to be really really sure of their results but as Daphne says, it’s really important for making good conclusions.
