      Yes, you can do a rough calculation based upon the speed of light and the Big Bang (when the universe emerged and started to expand) and come up with 930 billion trillion kilometers across. Thats about as big as “visible” space can be. Nobody knows what exists beyond visible space, but if you want to call that space too, then space is probably infiniteā€¦ it just goes on forever and ever.
