I do a variety of things actually. Most of the time, I’m doing experiments on the microalgae and taking care of them so that they grow well (it’s a bit like growing plants). Sometimes, I discuss research ideas with my supervisor and other members of my lab so as to get a better idea of how to design my experiments. I also mentor the undergraduate students doing projects in the lab as well as teach lab practical classes.

Everyday is different for me so I don’t get bored!
