      The reasons for migraine are not entirely clear but there are certain factors that make you more likely to get migraine. Doctors suspect that genes may play a part in whether you get migraine. Women are 3 times are likely to get migraine as men. Other factors that can trigger migraine are stress, lack of sleep and food allergies.
