      Sexual intercourse is really important for evolution, since it is needed for have children (which creates the next generation, which is critical for evolution to happen). So, if sex is so important, you want to make sure it definately happens.

      The best way to make sure it happens is to “reward” the body for doing it. So orgasms are basically our bodies way of encouraging us to reproduce.
